This structured 8-week program supports first responders in cultivating nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, and authentic connection. Each session builds upon the last, offering space for deep personal growth and relational insight.

Half-Day Healing Clinic for Families of Fallen First Responders

Duration: 3.5 hours
Group Size: Up to 10 participants

A Space to Grieve, Connect, and Begin to Heal—Together

This heartfelt, half-day clinic offers families who have lost a loved one in the line of duty a chance to reconnect with themselves and one another in a peaceful, nature-based setting. Through ground-based interactions with horses and trauma-informed support, participants are invited into a gentle, shared healing experience.

What to Expect:

  • Safe, guided connection with horses—no experience needed
  • Understanding how grief affects the brain, body, and relationships
  • Practices for grounding, co-regulation, and emotional expression
  • Time for quiet reflection, remembrance, and connection with others who understand

Why Horses?

Horses offer nonjudgmental presence and honest feedback, helping us process grief without pressure. Their ability to attune to human emotion makes them powerful partners in healing after loss.

Who This Is For:

Spouses, children, parents, or close loved ones of first responders lost in the line of duty. All ages welcome (with age-appropriate activities).
